Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Initiate Returns

• Contact us at support@partsnposters.net or fill out the contact form with your name, email, and the product you wish to return.
• Once the return is approved - you will be sent a return label.

3. Return & Refund

• Once you receive your return label, bring the return label and the product to your local FedEx or UPS.
• Exchanges & Refunds will be issued within 24 hours after the carrier service notifies us that the item is in transit for return.
• Please allow 10 business days for returns to show in your account.
